I have been a customer of Poliredes for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The technicians have been able to fix my internet issues most of the time, but occasionally I have faced some connectivity problems. The customer support team is responsive but could be more helpful. Overall, I would say Poliredes is decent, but there is room for improvement.
