The customer service at Vain, llc is subpar. I had a frustrating experience trying to get assistance with my order. It took multiple emails and phone calls before I finally got a response, and even then, the representative was not very helpful. I had to escalate the issue to a manager to get any resolution. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by this company.
