The Bluewater is spectacular, it checks every box. Service, our server is the best I've ever had. Sophie knew every aspect of the menu, not just what was on the menu, not just how everything tastes, but she knows the the feel of the menu, and how everything fits together, she truly has a passion for The Bluewater.
Food, sitting in a restaurant like this with an amazing history anything less than perfect food would be a letdown, they did't let us down, seared scallops, salmon, sand dabs, and cream brulee, all perfect, oh yeah and the Bloody Mary bar, that was fun.
View, water, boats, blue skies, people, how can you go wrong, this is one of the most relaxing restaurants in San Diego.
This restaurant is San Diego in every way.
