Exit design did a satisfactory job for my project. Their website is easy to use and navigate. The team was professional and prompt in their responses. However, I feel there was room for improvement in terms of design creativity. The end result met my requirements, but it didn't have the WOW factor I was hoping for. Nevertheless, it was a decent experience overall.
