We have just arrived from the Sagrada Familia clinic.
We had time to do a cranial resonance to my 8 year old son.
When I requested an appointment for this test, they told me that there was no need for authorization from the mutual. When they get there, they tell us yes.
And I add ... with very derogatory modes by the resonance staff.
When my son entered to take the test, we found a woman quite unpleasant and with a bad deal towards my son.
By the way, it is the same "professional" that in the morning had done a vertigo test, in the office of the ENT.
