I have been a CUSTOMER of R&d for a while now and I must say that their services are average. The website design is decent and the overall experience is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time is often slow and the resolution of issues can take longer than expected. Nonetheless, R&d does deliver on their promises and their pricing is reasonable.
