People beware!!! Would give them a zero if I could!! This company did not identify themselves as an alternate service provider (or indentify the call as a collect call) when I called a Government Agency whose phone number had been changed. It is set up to make you believe you are being rerouted to the new number by the agency itself. I was charged 3.89 + GST for getting a number which is free to call.
