I had a mixed experience with Gallery Group. While their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products, the customer service I received was subpar. The representatives I spoke to seemed disinterested and were not very helpful. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my queries and when I finally did, the answers were not satisfactory. However, the delivery of my order was prompt and the product was as described on the website. Overall, I would rate Gallery Group as average.
