Financial district still on the construction level .. Saudi BinLadin Co. stopped working on it long time ago and it s unknown the restating or finishing time .. good design for each building but poor design for the whole district.. proud to be one of the engineers working there ... entrance allowed only for who has access (gate pass) for working there
