I recently went on a tour with a travel agency and overall, it was a good experience. The guides were knowledgeable and provided us with interesting information about the destinations. The itinerary was well-planned and allowed us to visit all the major attractions. However, I felt that the group size was a bit too big, which made it feel less personalized. Additionally, some of the accommodations were not up to my expectations. Despite these minor issues, I still had a great time and would consider booking another tour with them.
