My experience with Teri Annas Ceramic Studio was decent. The products I received were of average quality, and the designs were okay. The packaging could have been better, as one item arrived slightly damaged. However, the customer service was helpful and offered a replacement for the damaged piece. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
