My company recently stayed at this hotel, and during my staffs stay they informed me of Hilton s rude staff. I paid for all of my employees to have WiFi during their stay, so that we could communicate efficiently with each other via Skype. Hilton s staff did take out a charge for private WiFi. When my staff arrived at the hotel, they informed me that there was no charge for private WiFi. When I called the hotel to get things figured out, I was hung up on 3 times and left on hold for over 45 minutes. If you have a company and need a good place to stay, I DO NOT recommend Hilton by DoubleTree on 280 in Birmingham, Alabama.
