I recently started attending self-defense classes at Spz-training and I am really impressed. The trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The techniques taught are practical and easy to learn. I feel more confident in my ability to protect myself. The website zelfverdediging.org is also very helpful. Highly recommended!
