I had a very mixed experience with Somnum. The customer service was great and the staff were friendly, but the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. I ordered a pair of glasses from their website and they arrived with scratches on the lenses. The return process was a bit of a hassle, and it took a long time to get a replacement. Overall, I'm not sure if I would recommend Somnum.
