Rob came out to look at our heat pump on a holiday weekend. When our warranty company could not find a vendor that would. He diagnose the problem in minutes. The vendors that the warranty company were sending to us had "KILLED" our heat pump. Thank you Rob for your GREAT SERVICE.

Then we went with Russell's to replace our heat pump. Andrew and Tyler came out and did amazing job. Tyler went above and beyond with his service. We will definitely use Russell's again. Thank you for being amazing once again.
