I fully disclose that I have not dined at this restaurant so my review is strictly based on their service. I had made a reservation through Open Table two weeks in advance for my friend's birthday dinner. The restaurant called me on the following day to confirm and I received a reminder email from Open Table this morning. Only 24 hours prior to the reservation, they called me to cancel the reservation because they are hosting an event by Microsoft. I don't mind this if they have the courtesy of informing me a few days in advance. Now, I have to coordinate the dinner with my friends. This is a hassle that I don't need now. They are either grossly incompetent in managing their reservations or simply don't care about individual reservations. I will not dine at this place.
