I recently started using the public transportation system in Cologne and I must say KVB has exceeded my expectations. The buses and trams are always punctual, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. The ticket prices are reasonable, and the routes cover all the major areas. I am extremely satisfied with KVB's services.
