I've been to a ton of driving ranges, both public and private, and I've never been hit by another players ball while simply addressing my ball. This place is such a chaotic mess that they let little kids hit balls directly sideways and it only took 10 minutes of being there before I was hit directly in the back of the head.

The most bizarre part of it was that when I went to the shop to let them know there was a dangerous situation going on and that I was hit in the head, the response was "well did he mean to do it? If not, I don't know what to do". How does it matter if kids meant to hit people in the head with golf balls? If you allow that to go on your going to have people leaving in ambulances and lawsuits to deal with regardless of whether they meant to or not.

I would only use this range if you're prepared to wear a helmet.
