Moved out on May 6. Had carpets and tiles professionally cleaned, as well as windows washed. Entire interior cleaned as I would in the past for a military move.

After calling and emailing multiple times asking for status of my security deposit, finally received today, May 26. They charged me $317.32 in damages out of $900.00.

The break down?
Replace burn out bulb in living room: $24.00
Rescreen window in bedroom:. $82.00
Cleaning:. $120.00
Carpet cleaning:. $90.00
, Tax on materials $17.32

IF you have any business with these people, I strongly suggest that you photograph EVERYTHING and ask someone to witness the conditions of move in and move out.
