The worst the worst the WORST. No infection control, cramped quarters (FOUR to a room, one of them with an infection who is supposed to be under special care for said infection), they don't even have hot water for the residents. We're removing my grandmother immediately and I have every intention of contacting JCAHO and the Department of Health.
