I have been a loyal customer of Sts INC for many years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. Their customer service is also satisfactory; they are responsive and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate Sts INC as an average company.
