I consider myself an old fashion fellow. When I want to rent a movie I go to a movie store, when I want to buy something I go to a retail store, and when I wanted to Google search something I thought that might as well come here. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and only gave me one result in 5 seconds of searching. They refused to even turn off "safe mode" because they didn't want to get fired! Next time, I'll just send them a fax with my google searches instead of showing up in person.
