This Ruth Chris is not quite up to my normal Ruth Chris expectations. Everything came out at odd times, cold, not to their standards. A steakhouse of this caliber and expense should never let anything out of the kitchen that is even slightly imperfect.

We may try again during peak dining hours to see if their starting line up can do a better job.
