As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Event Elements was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall event planning process felt a bit disorganized. There were some hiccups along the way, but in the end, everything turned out alright. I would consider using their services again, but I hope they can improve their communication and attention to detail.
