I've had a mixed experience with Live4Guitar. The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of useful resources available, which is great. However, the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I've contacted them multiple times with questions and I've either received no response or a very slow and unhelpful one. This has been quite frustrating, especially when I'm paying for the service. Overall, I would rate Live4Guitar as average.
