I had an average experience with Jay Cataldo Life Coaching. The sessions provided some helpful tips, but I didn't feel a strong connection with the coach. The strategies and techniques taught were effective to some extent, but I expected more personalized attention. It was an okay experience, but I believe there are better coaching options available.
