I recently visited Fiesta Cancun and have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get our orders taken care of. Despite the slow service, the food made up for it. I recommend trying their enchiladas, they are fantastic.
