Claro Uruguay offers decent internet speed at an affordable price. The customer service is average, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. The technicians were able to resolve my connectivity issues quickly. However, I wish they had better packages for heavy internet users. Overall, a satisfactory experience with Claro.
