I have been a customer of Aeonika for several years now and I must say that their service is consistently average. While they do a decent job in providing the necessary products, I have noticed some areas where they could improve. The website, for example, is not very user-friendly and it can be quite frustrating to navigate through. Additionally, the customer support could be more responsive and helpful. Overall, I would say that Aeonika is an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
