I recently purchased a product from coughycup.com and I must say, I had an average experience. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product itself did not meet my expectations. 😕 The quality was just okay, nothing extraordinary. The cup did not keep my drink warm for as long as I had hoped. 🥺 Additionally, the customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They were responsive to my inquiries, but it took a bit longer than I would have liked to receive a response. Overall, my experience with coughycup.com was average. 😐 I may consider trying out another brand next time for better quality and service.
