As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to interact with the company Iconception and I would rate my experience as average. The website, iconception.co.il, provided a user-friendly interface which made browsing products and services convenient. However, the overall customer service left much to be desired. Although the staff was polite, they lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to effectively address my concerns. Additionally, the response time for queries was quite slow, which was frustrating. Despite these shortcomings, the company did deliver the product I ordered in a reasonable timeframe. However, the quality of the product was merely satisfactory. Overall, my experience with Iconception was average due to the website's convenience and the timely delivery of the product, though their customer service and product quality could certainly use improvement.
