I recently came across Trident 1 while looking for a point of sale system for my business. I must say, my experience with them has been average. The company website is easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed fairly quickly. However, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I reached out with some questions about their products, but it took them quite a while to respond. When they did, the answers were brief and not very helpful. Additionally, the pricing of their systems seems a bit on the higher side compared to other options available in the market. Overall, I found Trident 1 to be an average company. While their website is user-friendly, their customer service and pricing could use some improvement.
