Booked a test drive online, which was confirmed by phone on Monday. Two hours before the drive time on the Wednesday get a phone call from the test drive location saying they don't have any of those cars and can only offer a test drive a month later. Very poor communication and something to make a new customer look elsewhere.

Two weeks after the reply below - No communication - Useless!
