If I could indicate 0 stars, I would certainly not fail. My package would be delivered today. Specially chosen because I am present at work all day. I received several confirmation emails that it was on its way and would arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. However, I get notified at 10h19 that the case would be closed and the delivery was postponed until Thursday, December 27th. The case is not closed at all and no car from Postnl has stopped. In other words, one big lie. immediately called in and the customer service was not helpful and could not help. Drivers can not contact them once they have left the warehouse, nor can a manager pass on and offer compensation. But they did understand that it was annoying. Customer service below zero !! Thank you for ruining my holidays before they started and also disappointing my family members; Thanks to their fantastic service, they have no gifts tonight.
