Bank of the Southwest has been my bank for a while...

Bank of the Southwest has been my bank for a while now. While their services are satisfactory, there are a few areas where they can improve. The mobile banking app can be slow at times, and the interest rates are not as competitive as some other banks. Overall, it's an average experience.
