I am a customer and I have had an average experience with the Trico Charitable Foundation. Although their website tricofoundation.ca is user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, I appreciate their commitment to supporting charitable causes and the positive impact they have in the community.
