I have been a customer of Cbi bank & trust for several years and overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is okay, but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate and I appreciate the online banking features. However, I have had some issues with transactions taking longer than expected to process. I hope they can improve in this area. Overall, it's an average bank with room for improvement.
