Place is reasonably clean in the rehab area. Some stains of the chairs, wonder what those are??
Most of the staff don't speak English and makes it very hard to get anything done. When you ask them something you usually get a stair or they get aggravated in some way.
Food is the worst I've ever experienced in a health care setting. Asked for scrambled eggs and bacon and was told they don't have bacon, What!! So I sent the cold eggs back an exchanged for Oatmeal, can't go wrong with that... Well it tasted like garlic!! Sent that back, now the Nursing Assistants who don't speak English are now getting mad at me. So I asked for toast, never got it.
This was a typical morning at the Ellis house while I'm trying to rehab from Surgery.
PS. The Aids hid behind the bathroom doors and use there cell phones so they don't get caught, how immature.
This place is privately owned and is for profit and you can see profit is there primary goal, not patients.
