I've had mixed experiences with Hip Consignment. While the quality of the items is usually excellent, the customer service can be hit or miss. There have been times when my inquiries were ignored or it took a long time to receive a response. However, when the customer service is good, it's really great. Overall, I would say it's worth a try.
