I have been a customer of Jra, inc for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The website Onlinecycling.com is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of products available. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and I feel like they could be more helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
