April 23rd ordered sneakers
Received the wrong sneakers on April 27th and sent back the same day and refund was supposed to be processed within 3 days
Called April 30th and was told the sneakers were received but no refund was processed because they cannot confirm the time the sneakers arrived to the warehouse. Rep than assured I would receive an email confirmation of an refund by the end of day Friday May 1st but nothing was received. I called Saturday May 2nd and was told no refund would be processed until the returned sneakers were inspected, when I asked for supervisor they said one was not available and they would call back within 2 hours but I do not trust it because they haven t done anything they said they would do so far. They are holding my money but I do not have my order. I will never order from Nike.com again
