I have been a customer of Max Total Benefit Solutions, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. It is not exceptional, but it gets the job done. They have a good website and their customer support is helpful. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the overall user experience. Overall, I would say that they are an average company.
