Sean and OC Computers has bailed me out of a pinch with my laptop twice now.

In 2015, my laptop screen died a month before my California Bar Exam; all of my outlines, study materials, practice exams were on my computer and I needed it back in a hurry to take the exam. Best Buy was supposed to fix it and get it back quickly, but instead held onto it for weeks and didn't do anything. I FREAKED OUT. During my immediate panic attack of what to do, my mom recommended OC Computers and gave them a call. Sean met me on campus, picked up my laptop, and had it repaired and returned in a week, with plenty of time before my test. He gave me updates as he progressed, his prices were reasonable, and most importantly, he gets repairs done FAST.

In August 2018, my laptop decided to stop charging. I'm now an attorney and cannot be without my laptop for very long (I have everything client related backed up to a protected server, but still). I had a few reports coming up that were saved to my desktop and was once again in a pinch. I texted Sean, dropped off my computer the next day, and he had it back to me in about two weeks. The charging port had gone bad and also shorted my charge cord. He did a complete repair and got a new charger, as well as updated my antivirus free of charge. He was very responsive again, letting me know about progress, and once again, very expedient and reasonable on price.
