I had a mixed experience with Dougherty F X LTD. While some aspects of their service were great, others left me disappointed. The product I received was of good quality, but it took longer than expected to arrive. The customer service representatives were helpful, but sometimes the response time was slow. Overall, I would consider giving them another try.
