Checked in early. They had to put a rush on our room that had been vacated, but it still took 2.5 hours. So no rush really as we were checked in close to check in time.

What was really unacceptable was the Club Lounge in the 32nd floor. Sat there for the 2.5 hours and had too long to witness the unprofessional chaos. They were disorganized at times running across the lounge with a thumping that was anything besides relaxing. The place was filthy. Wilting dead flowers, needed vacuuming and the windows were also filthy which is ironic as this place is all about the view.

I ordered tea service which was forgotten about. We heard the panicked phone call to rush the tea service, but at that point it was 50 mins since I ordered. Anything ordered took at least 30 mins to arrive from the kitchen as we overheard the staff telling guests.

Our room was ready and when we arrived there were other people's bags in the room.

So we decided that this hotel was not worth the stay and we checked out. Will never return as upper management needs to do some hand on work to get this staff trained. Ridiculous waste of our time!!!
