I recently engaged with Sungate Management, Inc. and found their services to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful information. However, the communication from the company was somewhat lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the overall process seemed a bit disorganized, and I had to clarify certain details multiple times. While the end result met my basic expectations, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency. I hope that the company can work on these areas to provide a smoother experience for their clients.
