I recently used the services of this company and found their website to be quite informative. However, I was disappointed with the lack of response from their customer service team when I had a query. The website is easy to navigate and has all the information I needed, but I found the service to be quite average. It would be great if they could improve their communication with customers and provide more timely responses to queries. Overall, my experience was just okay. I hope to see better customer service in the future. 🤔
