I have been using their internet service for a while now, and I must say that the speed is great. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The representatives are usually helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided by Worldcom Broadband Solutions.
