I've joined as a fresher and witnessed so many people work with their enthusiasm and integrity with SmartInfosys. But, 2% of people happy with the system nature. Hope the management will work on it... After all, I've got a great experience from the superior. Good place for freshers if you're unsure about field choice in IT.
