Steeped in history, and a London icon, the Tower is a fabulous castle that has stood for a thousand years. Be sure to take one of the tours conducted by the Yeoman Warders, and to visit the Crown Jewels. If you wish to explore every nook and cranny, allow a good 4 hours, otherwise 2 hours is sufficient to take it all in.
